Rolleston on Dove
Rolleston is centred around its beautiful brook, which runs willow-lined through the village and alongside Brookside and Burnside. Despite its name, the waterway is not the River Dove itself but a small tributary called the Alderbrook. Its course is further enhanced by ornamental piers and footbridges.
Aside from its obvious natural beauty, Rolleston's attraction for residents is also due to its good range of amenities including Rolleston Primary School, a Co-op, newsagent, two churches and drinking holes the Spread Eagle pub and the Jinnie Inn.
