Your chosen solicitor will need to know information such as your full name/s, current address, address of the property you are purchasing and the agreed offer figure. This information also needs to be passed to Parker Hall.

Requesting Draft Contracts

Your appointed solicitor will now write to the sellers solicitor to confirm they will be acting for you and to request a copy of the Draft Contract as well as any further details such as the property’s title and the standard forms.

Money Laundering & Client Care Information

You will receive official forms which are required to be kept on file by your solicitor. These will include a Money Laundering Form confirming where funds will be obtained from, Client Care Information Pack for you to keep as part of your records and a request for Photographic Identification. The required information and forms should be returned as soon as possible to ensure the initial process starts efficiently.
