Property alertsYour chosen solicitor will need to know information such as your full name/s, property address you are selling, the agreed offer figure and whether you may be purchasing on: this information also needs to be passed to Parker Hall.
Your appointed solicitor/conveyancer will then draw up a draft contract with you, setting out their charges and deposits required.
You will receive official forms which are required to be kept on file by your solicitor. These will include a Money Laundering Form confirming where funds will be obtained from, Client Care Information Pack for you to keep as part of your records and a request for Photographic Identification. Your solicitor also requires you to complete the Property Information, Fittings and Contents Forms as these also form part of the draft contract. The required information and forms should be returned as soon as possible to ensure the initial process proceeds smoothly.
