Our sales team have been hard at work this week with more excellent sales being agreed, continuing our excellent sales figures from 2020.

The modern detached home in Fradley  which was on the market at a guide price of £435,000 is now sold after some competitive viewings in recent weeks, and the elegant Georgian property Manor Cottage in Kings Bromley is also agreed to a very excited young family after being marketed since the end of September at £750,000. Finally, our negotiator Jane has agreed a superb sale on one of our favourite barn conversions in Kingstanding, where the buyers not only can enjoy a stunning home in an exclusive gated development, but can look forward to exploring the picturesque rural setting and its fascinating WWII history.
